Job Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of product management principles, and a passion for creating user-centric products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify new opportunities and improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
- User Experience: Focus on enhancing user experience by understanding user needs and translating them into product features.
- Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and implement necessary adjustments to optimize product success.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a Tier 1/2 college.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
