Job Summary
As a Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in supervising, managing, and motivating team members daily to optimize productivity and collaboration. Excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll be the primary contact for all team members, facilitating smooth team operations and ensuring project objectives are met promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties

- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ Experience with proficiency in C#, .NET, MS SQL.
- Experience working Cloud native applications especially with Amazon Web Services. Experience with API gateway, SQS, Media decoder is preferred.
- This will be an added advantage – (optional) - Experience with front end architecture and JavaScript frameworks development with React/React native
- Prior experience of building enterprise scale consumer facing applications.
- Experience in single page client application development
- Working experience with OOP, SOA, microservices, design patterns
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work directly work with onshore teams, interact with them and work with various teams on issue resolution
