Job Title: .Net Sr. Developer
Location: Banglore, Karnataka-India
Overview:
Johnson Controls is seeking a talented and motivated .Net Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .Net development and a proven ability to create scalable and maintainable solutions . This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to meet business requirements and deliver high-quality applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust .Net applications and solutions tailored to business needs
Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of developed solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing applications, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years overall experience on .NET full stack technologies.
Proficiency in .NET Development with .Net Core, .NET Framework 4.5 or later, Asp.net, Asp.net Core, Angular 17, C#, SQL Azure,Cosmos Azure, SQL Server 2008 or above.
Strong object-oriented programming (OOPS) design skills, SOLID principles, and proficiency in software design patterns.
Strong understanding of Azure concepts (Mandatory) with programming knowledge around Azure PowerShell, Azure DevOps Azure Stack, App Services, Azure Search, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Scheduled Job Collection, Redis Cache, AAD & Graph API, KeyVault, Azure Data Factory, Application Insights
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in working in an agile development and Self-managed environment.
Debugging and Unit-testing of the code.
Experience in using Visual Studio Team Services and TFS.
Exposure or working in Sprint lifecycle (fast paced environment) would be preferred
