Position Summary : National Key account manager South is responsible for handling the most important accounts in a company. They will be the lead point of contact for all key business discussions, anticipate the Key account needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines are met for the customer & help build a business plan for growth trajectory
Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- To focus on handling all National Key accounts South business with a strong focus on local customers like Cinema, Indian cuisine segment/Hotels & Pub & Bar.
- To provide action-orientated operator approach to create a strong competitive advantage in the Food Service market. This involves seeking and analysing consumer and operator information from multiple sources and drive results
- To contribute effectively on New Product launches, to ensure category and customer considerations are addressed early in the process leading to more effective product launches
- To assist activating McCain brands within the Foodservice environment by providing key information and support Foodservice team
- To ensure as a support & work closely with all key operators of the region, to have joint business planning & quarterly business review with Key chains. To focus on driving primary, secondary volumes within region
- Develop and manage the Activation Annual Plan in line with Brand and Sales Priorities, strong alignment with ASMs of the region for business development
- To ensure AOC numbers are achieved & business grows with a strong focus on key segments
- Conceptualize and lead Visibility initiatives within region & ensure McCain presence in a cost effective manner
- Continuously strive to improve the impact by coming up with fresh, efficient and high impact ideas
- Create & build more snacking occasions with National Key accounts business
Professional/Technical Accreditations :
- Must have: Masters in Business Administration
- Must have: 5+ years of Work Experience in Key Accounts
- Trade marketing experience will be an added advantage
- Marketing skill set will be one of the key parameters
- Horeca / Foods/Liquor experience from Hotel industry
- Hospitality experience will be an added advantage

- Idea Orientation to come up with solutions to engage consumers effectively
