Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, database maintenance, salary negotiation, and offer closure. The recruiter will use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and recruitment tools while delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions for both technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for or Non-IT roles.
- Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
RequirementsRequired Skills:
- Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles (BPO, Sales, Operations, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred)
- Experience working in a consultancy or corporate recruitment environment
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive attitude
