Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
● Own and assist smooth onboarding of clients.
● Manage end-to-end funnel on New Initiative Products - new merchant acquisition and upselling of products to existing clients.
● Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of Open PG product.
● Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings.
● Should clearly understand merchant pain points/requirements and should communicate all features to fulfil merchant expectations.
● Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption of our solutions.
● Should understand and work towards organization's objectives.
● Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
Requirements:
● At Least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development in Payment Gateway & APIs Industry.
● Product focused sales aptitude/experience.
● Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking Industry would be a plus.
● Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
● Must be able to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
● Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
