The position
As an Operation Analyst -l at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain audio and video equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, and VCONs.
  • Manage and support video conferencing facilities, including room-based systems (MTRs) and software-based systems.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during events and collaborate with organizers for seamless operations and troubleshoot technical issues related to audio and video systems during events and conferences.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers' procurement, provide technical support, and maintain comprehensive equipment records.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Should have 5+years' experience with relevant 4+years as Audio Video equipment Support Engineer.
  • Proven experience in audio and video equipment support, especially in auditorium setups, meeting rooms, and video conferencing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of audio and video signal flow, digital signal processing, and audiovisual technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to audio and video systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Industry certifications related to audiovisual technology and systems. (Nice to have).
  • Experience with event production and technical support for large-scale conferences and events. (Nice to have)
