About The Role
We are hiring Client Operations Interns who will work closely with our servicing team to handle real-time insurance operations and client requests.This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role — ideal for candidates who want to learn how operations actually run in a startup.
What You’ll Do
- Process employee additions, deletions, and corrections (endorsements)
- Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams
- Track and close client requests within defined timelines (SLAs)
- Maintain and update data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues proactively
- Support client servicing and escalation handling

- Graduates only (college pass-outs) – current students are NOT eligible
- Who can join Immediately
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience only
- Comfortable working full-time from office
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to do execution-heavy work
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Good communication skills
