Who We’re Seeking to Join Our Team:
Advantage Group International is looking for a high-ownership Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations for our benchmarking programs. This role is execution-heavy and client-facing, requiring strong operational discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to drive survey completion and reporting deliverables on time. 
What Success Looks Like in this Role:

End-to-End Program Operations
  • Own program operations from launch to closure across multiple programs 
  • Manage day-to-day execution and ensure timelines and milestones are met  
  • Maintain accurate master contact lists and all survey-related documentation to enable seamless survey initiation 
  • Create, maintain and share daily status reports with key suppliers / retailers (completion tracking, coverage gaps, actions, risks) 
  • Liaise with external agencies for survey follow-ups and fieldwork execution 
  • Drive survey completion follow-ups with agency, respondents and client stakeholders 

Client Communication & Coordination 
  • Share daily progress updates with clients in a structured and professional manner 
  • Handle ongoing client queries and ensure smooth communication and alignment 
  • Coordinate internally to ensure delivery readiness and operational clarity 
     
Interviews, Reporting & Delivery 
  • Clean and refine interview transcripts using internal tools for accurate insights. 
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and coverage for reporting 
  • Support creation of final client reports and operational inputs required for insights 
  • Conduct qualitative interviews where required (Occasional) 
     
Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement 
  • Identify recurring operational issues impacting response rates or quality 
  • Conduct root cause analysis for systemic problems 
  • Recommend and implement process fixes to improve execution efficiency 

The Capabilities and Skills that Matter:
  • Preferred candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field, with an MBA qualification being an added advantage 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in operations, program management or research operations 
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to execute independently 
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams 
  • Advanced Excel (data handling, pivots, formulas, tracking, cleaning) 
  • Ability to build and manage dashboards (Excel preferred; Power BI/Tableau is a plus) 
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Bias for action and ability to drive tasks to closure 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without missing deadlines 

Location: This role is primarily homeoffice based, with periodic inperson team sessions as needed.
