Job Title: Oracle Fusion RTR Functional Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion RTR Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Modules, specifically in the GL, FA, Intercompany, and Tax. He should be familiar with the R2R business processes and Month end close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with RTR leads on the development and support of Fusion RTR processes and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Assist the Record-to-Report (RTR) business in executing timely and accurate month-end close processes to ensure seamless financial reporting and operational continuity
Implement DevOps practices streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational Support
Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging right teams
Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Meet project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed
Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancements/Change Requests and Support activities
Coordinate with team members within Fusion DevOps along with Solution Architects and other Edge applications teams to address any integration issues or dependencies
Provide support for regression testing activities during Oracle's quarterly system updates to ensure application stability and continuity
Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible
Required Skills:
Bachelor ‘s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent
2-5 years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs
Proven track record in Record to Report Modules within Oracle Fusion ERP
Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within Record to Report (RTR) & Inter Company (ICO) modules
Hands on experience within Oracle Fusion ERP
Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as Business audience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Cloud certifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of additional Oracle modules such as Fusion Tax, RMCS and Subledger accounting
