We are seeking a dynamic and driven founding SDR to join our team and build out our outbound sales motion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for speaking with customers, and are passionate about outbound sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and social media.
Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine their fit for Ema.co’s offerings.
Pipeline Management: Manage and track your pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting in our CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching potential clients and refining messaging.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for Ema.co to grow.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape our offerings and messaging based on interactions with prospects.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales development or related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Motivation: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Hubspot, sales engagement platforms, and social media tools.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the team.
