Why we're hiring:
To help support, operate, deploy, document, integrate and where applicable migrate services to the WPP’s Beyond Trust PAM platform. With the aim of maximising security, organisational collaboration and lifecycle automation whilst delivering a first-class end user experience to employees, partners, suppliers, vendors and clients across the WPP global group.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with the PAM Product Lead to help run and operate WPP’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) Products strategy, using it Beyond Trust Platform.
- Manage, support and operate WPP’s PAM Platform
- First level support of WPP’s PAM Platform issues, communicate with customer and provide support
- Efficiently handling assigned technical support incidents, requests, and changes
- Logging detailed and accurate information into WPP’s Ticketing system
- Taking responsibility for your personal call queue, ensuring that all tickets are kept up-to-date and closed in a timely fashion.
- Communicating with users to keep them updated on the progression of their issue and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains high.
- Help manage and maintain the Privileged Access Management account and delegation request process. How Engineers and applications owners request their access.
- Coach, collaborate and aid colleagues to design and build a resilient platform, following proven and robust practices.
- Standardisation of configuration across all deployments, aligned to best practice.
- work with engineering communities to optimise the best ways for them to work with the PAM platform.
- work with Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product vendor to bring in and rollout new feature sets that will improve both the security, user experience and functionality of the PAM Platform.
- work with WPP’s MSP to optimise the best ways of working with the PAM Platform.
- work with other Product Manager counterparts in other areas to ideate and co-ordinate common process and standards.
- Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workbooks to be used by WPP’s MSP WPP’s engineering and PAM support teams.
- Drive the maximum possible level of automation and instrumentation of the development lifecycle for PAM product and align to SRE standards.
- Support innovation and horizon scanning for strategic and emerging technologies.
What you'll need:
- Good knowledge of Beyond Trust PAM Platform.
- Good of other demanding PAM Platforms.
- Good level knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Good level knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/Entra ID services and their security best practices.
- Good level knowledge of knowledge of PowerShell scripting with proven experience implementing automation including experience utilizing APIs such as Microsoft Graph.
- Knowledge of OKTA.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and or Jira
- Background of working in an Operations Support Team
- Strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of configurations, policies and procedures.
- Experience of working in global, highly complex environments.
