A Tech Ops Manager in our PAM team is a crucial part of Simeio.
This role will let you work on some of our biggest and most interesting projects with clients from across the globe.

The Role:
Job Description:

  1. 8+ Years of Hands-on experience with core components deployment, features, and processes for at least two PAM solutions (CyberArk/ Delinea/ BeyondTrust)
  2. Should know On-premises and Cloud Based deployment models of the PAM solutions
  3. Worked on PAM Solutions Integrations and Workflows with other solutions such as IGA, MFA, SIEM, SSO etc.
  4. Hands-on PAM solution connectors to ensure SSO to Web-based and thick client applications, Good to have
  5. Knowledge/Hands-on Zero Trust Strategy along with Threat Analysis, End Point Management, and Secrets (Hard-Coded) management modules of the PAM solution Good to have
  6. CyberArk CDE-PAM/Beyond Trust Password Safe BCIE/ Delinea Secret Server associate – Good to have
  7. Operations Management – Should have experience on operations management for Multiple PAM projects that must include,
    1. Excellent Communications -- Regularly connect with the client and company management to provide regular project updates and discuss key points, issues, concerns, or additional business opportunities.
    2. Project Deliverables management – Ensure project deliverables are tracked and completed as per the project timelines and milestones
    3. Leadership and Resource Management – Regularly connect with the project team leads and team members. Mentor and assist with any technical and functional queries. Shifts Management
    4. Client Management – Regular connects with the customer for project status updates, manage customer queries and concerns if any
    5. SLA Management – Mentor, support to the team to ensure the agreed SLAs for incidents and tickets are adhered to
    6. Compliance Management – Mentor, and support to the team for any compliance management tasks, reports, and documentation related to the project and ensure the same are adhered
    7. Risk Management – Maintain Risk register and timely update the client for any project risks
    8. Metrics, Heath checks management – Keep track of key project metrics, and health checks that can be provided to the client
    9. Project Finance Burns management – Management and tracking of the project budget, burns, and margins
