About the Role:
You’ll be the architect of an exceptional employee experience at Sprinto—one that isn’t just about perks and processes but about belonging, growth, and impact. You’ll help us bring order to chaos globally, foster remote social capital, streamline our employee lifecycle, and infuse data into decision-making to create a work environment that people don’t just tolerate but truly love.

Key responsibilities :
- Design and Drive a World-Class Employee Experience: Build, execute, and refine frameworks that ensure a smooth and engaging employee journey—from candidate to Sprinter and beyond.
- Build a Consistent and Centralised Employee Lifecycle: Create structured, scalable processes to drive consistency in people practices, ensuring equitable experiences across levels and departments.
- Champion Remote-First Culture: Develop initiatives to strengthen social capital, engagement, and team collaboration in a fully remote setting, turning remote into an advantage.
- Engagement playbook : Develop annual and quarterly plans for events, offsite, and employee engagement programs that align with Sprinto’s mission and growth goals.
- Enable Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with People Leaders across all business units to ensure employee experience is aligned with Sprinto’s evolving business needs.
- Make Data a Strategic Asset: Build and implement people analytics that provide actionable insights to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.
- Prioritise Wellness and Wellbeing: Design impactful wellness programs that go beyond token celebrations and integrate well-being as a core part of the Sprinto experience.
- Celebrate Culture and Belonging: Lead inclusive, global-first initiatives that make Sprinto’s culture visible and felt across our distributed workforce.
What we’re looking for :
- 4-7 years of experience in People domain, with a focus on employee experience
- Prior experience working at global environment (preferred remote set-up experience)
- Experience in SaaS B2B growth-stage startups (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and improve employee engagement
- Ability to design and execute engagement strategies without pre-existing blueprints
- Deep understanding of employee lifecycle management and best practices in a remote-first environment
- A passion for building high-performing, people-centric cultures where employees don’t just work, they thrive
- Strong program & stakeholder management skills—you can wrangle chaos and make things happen
