As our People Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize the systems, policies, and processes that support our employee lifecycle. You will be a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for team members across the organization. This role combines tactical excellence with strategic impact, ensuring our people practices scale with the company.
What you'll do- Own and improve People Ops processes including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and policy governance
- Lead Open Enrollment, benefits administration, and support the redesign of our Total Rewards programs
- Manage the compensation review cycle in partnership with Finance and Leadership
- Own our HR technology stack and improve data integrity and reporting
- Drive process governance, documentation, and automation across People Ops
- Leverage AI to streamline workflows from payroll to reporting to employee lifecycle tasks
- Partner with HRBP team on performance cycles, L&D efforts, and manager enablement
- Champion Foley’s culture and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience
- 5+ years in People Ops or HR with at least 2 years in a senior-generalist or manager-level capacity
- Experience in a tech or SaaS environment (strongly preferred)
- Strong background in Total Rewards (comp + benefits)
- Comfortable owning HR systems and people data
- Proven track record building scalable processes in a growth environment
- Analytical, systems-focused, and eager to use automation and AI
- Experience implementing or using AI-enabled HR tools
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, culture-add approach

Location: This role would be ideally based in our Boston office on a hybrid basis but may be open to remote for the right candidate.

Compensation
The base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
