About the RoleAs a Performance Marketing Intern, you will support Amartha’s digital marketing team in managing and optimizing online advertising performance across multiple platforms. You’ll assist in campaign operations, reporting, and administrative coordination with digital agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. This role is ideal for the person who are passionate about digital marketing, data analytics, and performance optimization.
Job Description- Support day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Assist in generating performance reports and analyzing campaign results to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and organize marketing data, including tracking links, budgets, and campaign performance documentation.
- Coordinate with external digital agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.
- Help monitor data accuracy from various tracking platforms such as MMP tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
- Support administrative tasks related to billing, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and ad platform updates.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Prior experience or strong understanding of Ad Operations (Google, Meta, TikTok) is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with data and tools like Google Sheets/Excel for performance reporting.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn about digital advertising, performance analysis, and marketing tools.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with MMP tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) is a plus.
