Role: Performance Marketing Lead

Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)

Reports To: Head of Marketing (London, UK)

Key Relationships: Global Marketing Team (paid media, SEO, copywriters, designers)

Job Purpose: This is a prime opportunity for an ambitious marketer to join a fast-paced, hyper-growth business with a global presence, strong product suite, and multiple audience segments. We are looking for someone with an agile, data-driven mindset to help structure and optimize our day-to-day media buying, campaign management, experimentation framework and landing page optimization to maximize conversions and revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the day-to-day creation, execution, and optimization of paid search, paid social, and display campaigns to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) at a scalable Cost Per Acquisition (tCPA), resulting in pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deliver channel-specific action plans for optimal account structure, including campaigns, account goals, bid strategies, offline conversion tracking, keyword management, budget pacing, ad groups and individual ad-level optimizations.
  • Plan, bid and manage the daily media budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of funds across campaigns based on performance data and conversion targets.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on campaign performance daily, focused on core marketing OKRs/KPIs, while also generating insights for future campaign recommendations to compound performance improvements over time.
  • Ability to implement experiments and continually test and optimize with clearly planned and documented data-driven testing frameworks (including A/B testing).
  • Strong understanding of modern conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, focused on maximizing landing page conversion rates, lead qualification and quality.
  • Leverage technology, AI and other tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency and reduce administrative or repetitive tasks.
  • Always be learning: stay-up-date on the latest Advertising updates, consumer research, competitor trends and industry best practices to continually test, learn and optimize activities.

Who you are:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media and performance marketing
  • Strong copywriting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to self-manage
