Performance Marketing Growth Marketer
We’re seeking a dynamic performance marketing growth marketer to scale our company. In this role, you will manage user acquisition across organic and paid channels.
What you’ll do
● Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing & other digital channels.
● Creativity to roll out performance-focused communication across all digital assets and customer journeys.
● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and campaign analysis to provide insights to leadership.
● Work with content and brand teams to develop marketing assets to market across digital platforms
● Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives to improve CAC.
● Conduct multiple experiments on ASO to increase the conversion rate.
Who You Are
● 2–5 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in a broking platform or apps-based fintech startup.
● Decent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Moengage & SQL
● Strong communication and copywriting skills.
● Highly data driven and analytically very strong
● Creative thinker with a knack for user behavior and campaign storytelling.
● Are curious about traders and excited to solve their problem
● Decent knowledge of CRM channels (Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, In-App Banners)
● Must have in-depth of Appsflyer knowledge
