SAFE is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy. The Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflows and optimizations of paid search, display, and social advertising.
Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, this role will support the Marketing team in driving qualified pipeline growth and measurable ROI. It requires hands-on expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of driving measurable performance.

- Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Conduct in-depth keyword research & strategies, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
- Manage spend pacing, maintain efficiency targets, and communicate performance insights effectively to stakeholders
- Optimize all channels with a sole focus on high-value conversions and PG
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations that influence broader decisions
- Build recurring performance dashboards for leadership
- Partner with creative and web teams to optimize landing pages, creatives, and conversion rates
- Align paid initiatives with broader marketing goals
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Leverage the full suite of ad platforms to maximize ROI
Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Direct experience managing channels like Google and LinkedIn
- Proven ability to launch and scale campaigns for top, middle, and bottom-of-the-funnel objectives
- Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn Ad Manager, Google Ads / Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce
- Strong ability to synthesize large datasets from disparate sources into clear strategies
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Expertise in AIO and SEO strongly preferred
