As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be co-creating promotions and campaigns in partnership with the eCommerce Manager to drive on-site visibility, on-platform engagement and increase conversions across Haleon’s eCommerce channels. You will also be working with cross-functional teams including the Commercial and Trade Marketing teams.

This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing activities
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across eCommerce channels to drive GMV with the target ROAS
  • Conduct market and keyword research, A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends and insights for optimisation
  • Provide regular performance reports to Management
  • Liaise with partner agencies for campaign activation and optimisation
  • Liaison with brand, agency and category teams on content toolkits, adaptation and deployment to local platforms
  • Custodian and owner of all on and off-platform visibility assets (A+ content, banners, creative, images etc)
  • Join discussions with retailer ecommerce teams to provide inputs on performance marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Experience in campaigns and channel analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Good analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Effective communication, presentation and business planning skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Problem solving and can-do attitude.
