We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing our digital presence across various channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that fuel growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to achieve maximum ROI.

Continuously monitor ad performance and utilize A/B testing to refine creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for improved results.
Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns using tools like Canva, Figma, and Hootsuite.

Create and manage content tailored to platforms such as LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), driving engagement and strengthening brand presence.
Content Marketing:

Craft and publish keyword-optimized blogs, leveraging tools like WordPress and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to increase organic traffic.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
Webinars and Thought Leadership:

Plan, organize, and execute webinars and virtual events to establish Wokelo as a thought leader in the investment research space.

Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling webinar content that resonates with target audiences.
SEO and Analytics:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost website visibility and rankings.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with design and product teams to maintain brand consistency and improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Develop and nurture relationships with agencies and external partners to expand marketing reach.
Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field, ideally within a startup environment.

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Strong hands-on experience with social media management tools (Canva, Figma, Hootsuite) and platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.).

Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.

Experience in organizing and running webinars or virtual events.
