Acting as their strategic partner, you will ensure they are always set up for success. We need someone exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful—someone who takes initiative and thrives in ambiguity.
Must-Haves
- Exceptional organizational & multitasking skills – You can juggle multiple priorities while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Strong spoken & written communication – You can engage with internal and external stakeholders clearly and professionally in both English and Hindi
- Tech-savvy & adaptable – You’re comfortable using Google Suite, Slack, AI tools and productivity tools, and you have the hunger to constantly stay updated with the latest practices to enhance your and the founders’ productivity and efficiency
- High level of discretion & confidentiality – You will handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism
- Self-starter and comfort with basic research - You will be able to figure out how to carry out ambiguous tasks on your own through basic research on the internet and by speaking to relevant people
- Bias for action & problem-solving mindset – You anticipate problems before they arise and tackle them head-on
- Ability to travel occasionally – You will need to support the Founders during business trips or key events
Good-to-Haves
- Experience in a similar role – Prior experience supporting leadership teams in high-growth startups is a plus
- Multi-lingual skills – Fluency in Kannada is a plus
