- Ensure secure deployments: identity & access management (IAM, RBAC), VNet / VPC design, private endpoints, secrets management.
- Implement encryption, access controls, and compliance guardrails (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR awareness preferred).
- Ensure deployments comply with performance, reliability, and cost goals for production environments.
- Provide runbooks, operational documentation, and support handoff processes.
- Evaluate and adopt open-source tools to improve automation, observability, and deployment efficiency.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineers to align deployment and infrastructure patterns with enterprise guardrails.

- Hands-on with containerization (Docker) and at least one orchestration tool (Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring/logging/observability setup.
- Understanding of cloud networking/security: IAM / RBAC, VNet/VPCs, private endpoints, secrets management.
- Strong scripting (Python, Bash) for automation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Kubernetes package management.
- Preferred: Exposure to AI/ML deployment (e.g. deploying models, integrating AI workflows, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, etc.).
- Strong communication skills; ability to liaise with client IT/security and internal teams.
