Position Overview: 

A Technical Lead  who will bring thought leadership, work with technology experts,  designers and product owners to build great products. Excellence is achieved through interactive requirements gathering, determination of best fit solutions using latest technologies and tools based on problem solving approaches, integrated solution design based on multiple technology types, and a strong ability to present and articulate solutions to senior members of the customer teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Software Delivery:

• Design detailed project plans and milestone plans Scheduling,
•  Risk & Issues Management, driving project open issues to closure.
•  Managing Project Teams, Project Reviews & Project Reporting within and across IM & DevOps domains where required based on the nature of project.

1. Client Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•  Work closely with Customer BA for closing any dependencies, requirement clarification and  Business Sign Offs
• Act as a key point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress.

1. Stakeholder Management:

•  Ensures coordination with all stakeholders, business users, partners (e.g., 3PP integration) across domains and services
•  Collaborate with various teams to align project goals with overall business objectives.

1. Resource Management:

•   Effectively allocate and manage resources to optimize project outcomes.
•   Identify and address resource gaps, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and support.

1. Telecommunications Domain Expertise:

• Leverage your in depth knowledge of the Telecommunications domain and Telco tech ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.

Must Have Skills:

• Project manager with 12+ years of experience and can effectively manage large and small projects. Project management certifications like ACP, Prince2, CSM etc
•  Proven expertise in software delivery, client management, stakeholder management, and resource management.
•  Strong understanding of the Telco- OSS/BSS systems in the mobility domain..
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Leadership experience in guiding cross functional teams to successful project delivery.
• Should have experience in End-End minimum of two telecom IT deliverable projects.
• Should have experience in agile based SDLC with leading a team of Architects, developers and Testers.

Good to Have:

•  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualification:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related technical degree.
