We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Bangalore office. The key tasks include conducting market research, analysing data, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and forecasting future trends. They also ensure compliance with industry regulations and create detailed reports to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics
About You
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in pricing, data analysis, Strong MS Office Skills (Excel with VBA, PowerPoint), revenue management, management consulting, finance, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly.
- Expert in working with large complex data sets and data visualization tools; strong ability to draw simplicity from complexity and bring structure to ambiguity when working with data
- Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong initiative, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving assigned projects to completion
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Prior experience in Consulting, strategy or FP&A
- Salesforce exposure is good to have
- Willingness to learn SQL, proficiency a plus. Tableau and Power BI is good to have
What will you be doing in this role?
- Market Research: Conducting market research to understand competitor pricing, market trends, and customer preferences etc
- Data Analysis: Analyzing pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends, and competitors to provide insights to decision-makers
- Pricing Strategy Development: Developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with company goals and market conditions
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop tactical and strategic pricing policies
- Reporting: Creating detailed reports and presenting findings to management to support pricing decisions
- Compliance: Ensuring that pricing strategies adhere to company policies and industry regulations
- Forecasting/ Competitive Analysis: Predicting future market trends and revenue based on pricing strategies and or Collecting and compiling competitor pricing data to identify opportunities for competitive advantage
- Product management support: Provide technical and business product management support for internal pricing system and tools, including creation and maintenance of software solutions (pricing calculators in Excel or other tools) and pricing databases
- Provision of pricing expertise and support to internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and tools.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated across the organization. .
About the Team
The Pricing Strategy team acts as an internal consultant to the rest of the business, providing recommendations and implementing solutions related to pricing & product commercialization. The team consists of 6 pricing professionals, each with a unique product focus, with a combined 30 years of pricing and industry experience. We are a collaborative and cohesive team that interacts daily with each other as well as our primary business partners in the product management division, sales, and sales operations. We are a curious and open-minded team that is constantly learning and searching for the best solutions for our organization. And we are a flexible and supportive team, always willing to assist each other to reach our common goals.

Hybrid work mode. 7:00 AM IST to 4:00 PM IST
