General Responsibilities:• To assist the Principal HR Specialist• Supervise HR coordinators, and manage and ensure day-to-day operations• Meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources (such as Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Talent Recognition/Engagement, Associate Relations and Communications).
Basic Qualifications:• College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related course• 5 years relevant work experience in a BPO set up• Knowledge in Philippine labor laws and regulations• Must have strong case management experience• Strong analytical skill• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong presentation skills• Has background in project management and process improvement• Proficient in Microsoft office and Salesforce• Amenable to work in a Mid Shift and Night Shift Schedule• Amenable to work in Alabang
