Highly Proficient in Java, Microservice, Grails, MySql, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ
Experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing applications
development, solution design and delivery, and process improvement
Proven experience in team management, hiring, retaining and leading top
engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams
Extensive experience building applications or products which support complex
end-user workflows, ideally in a SaaS context.
Experience working with micro-frontend architecture
Experience building components for a highly scalable solution.
Excellent logical and Analytical Skills - should be able to articulate thoughts very
clearly and precisely in English (written and verbal)
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement leading agile teams
Good to have IGA domain experience.
