Opportunity: Adobe’s Content & Collaboration Platform provides a unified storage model for consumers and businesses, enables collaborative workflows across multiple media types, supports a variety of business models, and is relying on a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.  

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to help define and build the platform that is the foundation of Adobe's cloud offerings. You'll join our Cloud Platforms and Collaboration product management team in India, which is dedicated to building cloud-based asset creation and management capabilities for rich media & Generative AI and integrating them with Adobe's flagship applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and Acrobat. As part of this group, you'll play a key role in accelerating collaboration capabilities productivity for millions of customers worldwide.  

What You Need:

  • Business Value Articulation: Ability to comprehend customer problems, identify gaps in existing capabilities, and create compelling development proposals that articulate clear business value.
  • Deep Passion for Technology: Cloud-first mindset, and experience in working with SaaS technologies and architecture. Have good technical background, and is comfortable understanding/ sparring/ challenging technical approaches with experienced architects, senior engineering leadership and customers. Have a good balance of strategy and action. You love developing a vision, but are also able to get into the weeds and drive things on ground.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional, cross-geo environment with engineering, architecture, program management & client teams. Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Proven track record to communicate and manage relationships across the organization - from internal clients, architects, developers and senior executives. Capability to identify potential opportunities and translate them into product goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer problems
  • Define and advocate for an domain area vision and strategy
  • Drive day-to-day product management, including cross-functional coordination with our Design, Program Management, and Engineering team to see new features through from concept, to delivery, to production
  • Build compelling cases, user stories and product requirements
  • Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
  • Demonstrate customer empathy every day
