Your day at NTT DATA
The Solution Architect plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end to end solutions to meet the business and IT needs of the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of architecture and design of enterprise systems to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. The position also requires specific expertise in LogicMonitor platform, Azure (or any other) Cloud, ServiceNow / Salesforce ITSM and deep understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.What you'll be doing
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective end to end solutions.
- Architect end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of full stack developers.
- Stay abreast of different platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the organization's environment remains innovative and effective.
- Customization and Development:
- Lead the design and development of custom applications, modules, and integrations within the enterprise platform.
- Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with organizational coding standards.
- Platform Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of existing implementations.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to address issues and enhance overall system efficiency.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT teams, to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex architectural solutions.
- Certifications:
- Any cloud platform and other relevant architecture certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in LogicMonitor platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of network device monitoring and management.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Team Collaboration:
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
