What will you do?

  • Comprehend the problem statement, business needs, and user needs to understand why we are building what we are building.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and define product features and functionalities.
  • Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and team input, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
  • Participate with the design team in user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create user-centric products.
  • Contributing to design system and coherence across all digital platforms and touchpoints, maintaining the integrity of the brand’s visual language and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep the product competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years working in digital product design, especially for web-based apps.
  • Strong portfolio that shows off your design process, problem-solving chops, and knack for crafting digital experiences.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Great at communicating your ideas and the ins and outs of design challenges to folks across the company.
  • Skilled with design tools like Figma and Sketch (we’re big on Figma).
  • You have a growth mindset, love owning problems, comfortable with ambiguity, and always looking to make things better. 

Your experience should mostly involve designing software products. Your portfolio should clearly show the problems you’ve tackled and how you solved them, focusing on your process and the hurdles you overcame, not just the final polished designs.

Bonus

  • Knowing a bit of HTML & CSS to help connect design and development.
  • Knowledge of advanced prototyping tools like Principle, Origami, or ProtoPie to bring your ideas to life.
  • Experience in designing for enterprise tools like data visualization, banking, eCommerce, logistics, etc.
  • Building and maintaining design systems
