We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can work independently and deliver high-quality design solutions quickly. You'll be responsible for the complete design process, from understanding user needs to creating final designs that are ready for development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile products that are easy to use and visually appealing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Work directly with product managers and developers to turn ideas into finished products
- Make design decisions independently without needing constant oversight
- Deliver design work on tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Present and explain your design choices to stakeholders
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all products
Requirements
- 6+ years of releavant experience in product design or UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showing your design process and finished work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different customers
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Nice to have:
- Experience with design systems
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience working within Salesforce ecosystem
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
