As a Product development Trainee, you will not be watching from the sidelines - you will contribute to building real products and demonstrate them to customers. You will get a chance to work with experienced engineers and technology leaders.
This role involves traveling across India and international for user behavioural analysis, application study, product validation, installation, promotion, and other engineering assignments.
During the program, you will receive hands-on exposure to the complete journey of Product Development, starting from understanding problem definition, design, development, integration, validation, and deployment. You will learn how to:
Design products and features from scratch
Translate customer requirements into clear technical requirements and develop practical engineering solutions
Build mock-ups, prototypes, and production ready models
Perform root-cause analysis and support developing the corrective actions to solve engineering challenges
Collaborate with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Service, and Business development teams

CTC for Bachelors degree holder: ₹5 LPA
Fixed compensation: ₹3.8 LPA
