Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for a key area within our rapidly growing Communications Cloud. You will define and deliver innovative solutions addressing the unique needs of the telecommunications, media, and energy sectors, leading a team of product managers and collaborating cross-functionally to drive significant business impact.
Responsibilities:

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Communications Cloud area, aligning with business goals and market opportunities

Develop a deep understanding of the Communications industry, including trends, competition, customer needs, and regulations

Lead the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including requirements definition, design, and development

Prioritize features based on strategic value, customer impact, and business results

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers

Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams for successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners

Partner with marketing and sales on product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement

Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement

Maintain expertise in industry best practices and emerging technologies within the Communications sector
Required Skills/Experience:
-
14+ years in product management, with a focus on enterprise software or cloud solutions.
-
5+ years of experience working with or building solutions for the Telecommunications industries.
-
Familiarity with Vlocity CME Managed Package or similar COTS products from Amdocs, NetCracker, Cloudsense, Oracle, etc..

Proven success in defining, launching, and scaling innovative products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making.

Experience with Agile development.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
-
Experience with the Salesforce platform or other CRM systems.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., TM Forum, MEF).

Solution Architecture experience working with deploying a Catalog Driven BSS/OSS stack
-
Experience with SaaS and cloud architectures.
