👩💻 The role
We are looking for a stellar Product Manager for the Product team at Headout. This role involves working with cross functional teams including design & tech to build world class experiences for our customers and partners. You will also be building & improving the internal systems and mechanisms that can help our teams scale at speed.
As we traverse our journey from 5k experiences in 62 cities to 50k experiences in 600 cities, we seek Product Managers across various pods like Acquisition, Discovery and Customer Experience.

- Acquisition:
- You have driven a pod which focuses on acquiring the customers effectively and efficiently. You have been responsible for building & improving the internal systems and mechanisms such as CMS that help teams scale content at speed.
- You have led development of customer base and experience by constantly gaining insights from the users and applying them to generate more value out of the product.
- Experience in scaling content, SEO and optimizing landing pages, building the information framework and infrastructure to support the content creation and management.
- Discovery
- Demonstrated background in new product ideation, validation, and commercialization to drive our discovery POD.
- Worked closely with design to enhance the discovery experience of the users by solving for gaps and improving the information architecture.
- Experience in exploring, defining, iterating, building, monetising, launching and optimizing new propositions.
- Research and analysis; make the most of our close customer and partner relationship to conduct a combination of research and analysis activities to determine needle-moving ideas.
- Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
- Customer Experience
- You have been responsible for using data & user research to identify what matters to customers, ensuring our communications and experiences are engaging and relevant, leverage a data driven approach to deliver on key business deliverables and lead our expansion initiatives.
- You have led the customer experience charter to ensure best in class post purchase experience for customers. Have gained insights from the users and applied them to boost NPS, reduce support volumes and ensure a “Perfect experience” for customers.
- You've excelled in tackling retention issues, using hands-on strategies to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction. By understanding user behavior, you've driven successful retention initiatives, reducing churn and increasing repeat business.
💝 What skills & experience do you need?
- At least 3-5 years of Product Management experience preferable in E-com.
- Shipped at-least 2 to 3 impactful features in your current role. You should have hands on involvement in the entire journey from problem definition to execution of the solution.
- Proven record of building consumer facing products at scale.
- Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
- Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized product roadmap.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development
