About the role:-


We are looking for a Product Manager for the HR Experience pod to provide businesses and

admins with a consumer-like experience that is simple and easy to use. The HR Experience

pod is responsible for freeing up an HR's mental space on all things insurance and

healthcare-related for employees after they purchase Plum. Our current SaaS offering is

used by thousands of HRs and admins, and our goal is to bring ease of administration with a

world-class product standard.

Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for the HR Experience pod, ensuring a consumer-like experience for businesses and admins.
  • Prioritise product features, author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch. Continuously integrate behaviour data and customer feedback into key product decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
  • Run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritise technical debt and ensure the product is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Requirements:-

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of creating delightful user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to write clear and concise product requirements, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is not mandatory but it will be a huge plus.
