iRely seeking a Product Manager - Contracts Module to join it's team in Bengaluru, India.

Job Overview
· To take complete ownership of the Contract Management module of our CTRM product. This module is used by our customer to capture various types of Commodity contracts and track their execution and positions.
· The person should be able to drive a 15-member team which includes BAs, Devs and QAs
Responsibilities and Duties
· Roadmap Creation and execution
· Capacity & Sprint Planning for the team.
· Designing Features and taking ownership of the delivery.
· Supporting Implementation & Sales
Qualifications
Required Skills
· Functional Knowledge:
· Knowledge in Commodity Contracts (Agriculture / Energy / Metals)
· Knowledge in hedging and pricing of contracts (Coffee / Sugar / Cotton / Cocoa / Grain / Energy / Metals)
· Knowledge in execution and workflow of commodity contracts
· Knowledge in Cost estimation and accruals
· Understanding of foreign currency and applying rates in contracts
· Understanding of quantity and price conversions
· Product Management
· Overall experience should be around 7-10 Years
· Experience in Business Analysis (Min 4 Years)
· Experience of handling development and QA teams
· Understanding of Agile and Software Development Methodologies
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· General Understanding of Hedging and Risk Management Concepts
· General understanding of what a position is and how you create a position (long or short)
· Genuine interest is Agriculture, Petroleum, and other Ag products within the food/fuel supply chain
· Understanding of Commodities value chain and different areas.
· General understanding of Business Analysis methodology
· Previous experience in managing software products.
· Previous experience in ERP software companies or commodity trading software companies.
