ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Product Manager I (Integrations) to own the strategy, design, and delivery of an integration marketplace enabling third-party wealth tech firms to seamlessly connect with our fintech platform, while empowering clients to self-serve integrations to external providers to meet their business needs. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, and external partners, as well as a deep understanding of API connectivity, user experience, and compliance. Success in this role will be measured by partner adoption rates, client satisfaction, integration marketplace usage, and the scalability of the platform.
Duties/Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the integration marketplace, informed by market research and customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, business development) to launch and continuously improve integration features.
Engage with third-party wealthtech partners to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
Develop self-service tools and workflows allowing clients to discover, configure, and manage integrations independently.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and user satisfaction; leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all integrations comply with relevant regulatory and security standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for integration partners and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
2+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial industry.
Experience in product management, ideally within fintech, APIs, or integration platforms.
Required Skills/Abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating organizational excellence and attention to detail.
Strategic mindset with the capability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term product vision, navigating ambiguity while delivering impactful, client-focused solutions.
Strong understanding of financial technology, wealthtech ecosystem, and third-party connectivity requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centric design principles.
Work Environment
This job operates in a hybrid, office environment 2 days per week.
