Product Manager

Ema is building the next generation AI technology to empower every employee in the enterprise to be their most creative and productive. Our proprietary tech allows enterprises to delegate most repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI employee. We are founded by ex-Google, Coinbase, Okta executives, and serial entrepreneurs. We’re well-funded by the top investors and angels in the world. Ema is based in Silicon Valley with offices in Bangalore. This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from the office three days a week.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Ema’s Employee Experience Suite. This includes reimagining key functions such as employee support, enterprise search, recruiting, ITSM, and HR Ops using Agentic AI. You will partner with global enterprises to deploy Ema, serving employees and HR teams across 100+ countries.

• Impact at Scale: Partner with engineering, design and post-sales to support 8-figure deals and multi-million dollar customers, managing the nuances of global, enterprise-wide deployments.

• Drive Strategy & Vision: Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Employee Experience suite, translating complex customer needs into a scalable, secure, and extensible Agentic AI product offerings.

• Lead Execution: Deeply understand customer problems through research and data to define solutions, building everything from "scrappy" prototypes to reliable, patent-grade products.

• Empower GTM: Equip Sales and Marketing teams with compelling narratives and demos to accelerate acquisition, while building tools that enable partners to deploy Ema independently.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and velocity across engineering, design, and post-sales functions.

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably building platform products in a consumer company or application-layer products at a reputable B2B SaaS company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields from a Tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent).

• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks, with the ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business decisions.

• Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating ambiguous environments to deliver reliable solutions from ideation to adoption.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders, and to build strong relationships with enterprise customers.

• Past experience building customer or employee experience products is a plus.
