Founded by Misbah Ashraf, former founder of community-focused e-commerce platform Marsplay, and Nishchay AG, former director and founding member at mobility start-up Bounce, Jar's unwavering mission is to shatter psychological barriers to saving and investing, thus spearheading the Financial Fitness revolution for Bharat.

Nek is an affordable luxury jewellery brand that is powered by Jar. It is the culmination of what we know best; affordability, the value of gold and crafting incredible connections. Nek's wide collection of silver and gold jewellery is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and execute the prioritised roadmap for your stream.
• Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data, design, and other teams to ship major features and product improvements driving efficiency.
• Define, track, and report on the key product, business, and customer metrics.
• Experience in building consumer-facing platforms.
• Ability to work with engineers and designers to deliver products and metrics.
• Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
• Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development.
• Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations, Underwriting team on designing and implementation of processes to reduce TAT and increase customer satisfaction.
• Liaison with support groups including business intelligence unit, legal, operations and technology to ensure your strategy is understood and executed.

Requirements

• Relevant 2 - 5 years of experience working as a Product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products.
• Proven record of building consumer or supplier (B2C) facing products (Mandatory).
• Independent and curious, you set your targets, ask for help when you need it, and are always looking to learn something new.
• You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out and make it your mission to deliver quality products.
• You’re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project.
• You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.
• Someone who has previous work experience in improving conversion rate in a loan journey.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and conversion metrics.
• Design, implement, and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize conversion rates.
• Analyze experiment results and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
• You’re fluent in english and are a confident communicator.
• Deep understanding of lending products, financial services, and fintech industry trends.
• Bonus: Past co-founder or fintech experience at scale.
