At Circles.life, we're revolutionizing the telecom industry with innovative digital products. We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive our Platform products, with a special focus on Customer Experience and Delight. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning, development, testing, and launch of novel platform products that enhance customer experience and delight
  • Lead innovation in product development, collaborating with a team of world-class engineers
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from planning and design to delivery, quality assurance, and performance optimization
  • Monitor and analyze product feedback to prioritize development features and continuously improve the customer experience
  • Craft detailed user stories and product requirements that align with our customer-centric vision
  • Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, articulating product vision and strategy to stakeholders
  • Act as a product champion, fostering valuable relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of the platform product with other Circles.life offerings

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in product management, preferably in the telecom industry
  • Proven track record in complete product lifecycle management, particularly in B2B2C or B2B environments
  • Experience with project and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, monday.com, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq)
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture for complex, highly scalable applications
  • Experience in launching SaaS, platform, or payments products
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research and deep technical analysis
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • BS in Business, Marketing, or Technology (MBA preferred)
  • SQL experience is a plus
