The opportunity for you
- You will drive technical products while managing cross-team collaboration and complex project schedules, removing roadblocks and driving to completion.
- You will develop and own the integration strategy and roadmap to support the growing needs of customers in the ITSM domain.
- You will deeply understand the problems you are handling via research, data and customer conversations, and work on defining the problems and solutions with the team.
- You’ll work with a smart bunch of designers and engineers to help them understand user needs and empower them to make great product decisions.
- You’ll work with sales and marketing to help craft messaging and effectively communicate the value of our product.
- You’ll also own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team are responsible for and aim to deliver world-class software with every release.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within the ITSM or related enterprise software domain.
- Proven track record of managing product integrations, APIs, or third-party software ecosystems.
- Experience working with integration platforms, API management, and data synchronization between enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to switch between thinking creatively and analytically
- Passion for end-user experience and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to document and present design ideas effectively.
