We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights, validate product direction, and ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and make informed decisions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and iterative enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong understanding of product management principles.
- Solid experience in developing product strategies and managing product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Experience in a technology company or in the development of digital products.
