We are recruiting a passionate and dynamic Product Manager EMEA to join our Structural Heart Division at our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium. In this role, you will be an active member of the EMEA Marketing Team, driving the success of our cutting-edge structural heart products.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve operational plan targets (revenue, market share, milestones).
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs from concept to completion, using metrics to drive success and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively roll out product launches in collaboration with global marketing, education, clinical, commercial excellence, and country sales and marketing teams.
  • Differentiate and create value against competitive therapies.
  • Work closely with countries/regions to ensure optimal communication, implementation, and alignment to achieve business objectives.
  • Create meaningful selling tools with clear objectives for targeting, implementation, and tracking.
  • Drive market development activities through best practices and tools to raise awareness of the benefits of assigned therapies.
  • Ensure alignment with Business Unit objectives and programs.
  • Help frame educational modules in collaboration with the education team.
  • Work with the global marketing group to develop products and materials that support our strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with leading KOLs around EMEA.
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products and provide input to the global marketing team.

Your Profile:

  • University Degree (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of related sales and marketing experience in the medical devices industry.

  • Experience with multinational companies and international marketing.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.

  • Analytical, creative, and operational marketing skills.

  • Understanding of cardiac products and their therapies.

  • Knowledge of the European sales environment and local market conditions.

  • Project management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.
