About the RoleAs a Product Manager at Loop, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more product lines, from discovery and strategy to execution and scale. You will act as the voice of the customer while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to build AI-driven products that deliver measurable customer value and power mission-critical workflows for restaurant brands.
This role requires strong product intuition, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap and execute product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
Ownership of product north star metrics and customer value metrics
Translate business and customer problems into well-defined product requirements and technical specifications
Drive product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and experimentation
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features on time
Define, track, and optimize product KPIs including adoption, engagement, retention, and value delivery metrics
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful launches and adoption
Continuously improve product experience by analyzing user feedback, funnel performance, and usage data
Build and scale AI-driven workflows that effectively combine automation with human-in-the-loop systems
Eligibility / Fit
Have 4-7 years of experience building and shipping software/digital products in SaaS, AI, Consumer Internet, Fintech, or other tech-forward industries
Have owned product features or product lines end-to-end
Think deeply in terms of metrics, user journeys, funnels, and experimentation
Have strong analytical skills and can break down ambiguous business problems into structured solutions
Have experience working closely with engineering teams and can understand technical trade-offs
Have demonstrated leadership while also operating as a strong individual contributor
Are comfortable operating in 0 to 1 and 1 to N product environments
Demonstrate radical ownership, customer obsession, and bias for action
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products
Experience in B2B SaaS environments
Prior founder or early employee experience in a high-growth startup
Exposure to high-performance environments such as Big Tech, consulting, or fast-scaling startups
Strong academic background from reputed institutions (e.g., IIM, ISB, BITS, SPJIMR, Ivy League, etc.)
