What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for critical thinker as Product Manager who can understand technical solution(s) and at the same time can bridge between business and technology. The person should be able to define and propose solutions from best practice of technology to achieve the business need.To succeed in this role, you should have deep understanding about the current tools or technology(solutions) being used in the market and creative thinker habit that will help to unblock team in case there is any issue during implementation. You will work closely with the Product Manager or Product Owner for the given product stream.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating and detail out business analysis, outlining problems, opportunity and solution for business.
- Work with senior leaders to create Business plan, GTM, customer segmentation, pricing and sales strategy
- Work closely with stakeholders to translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Work closely with Technical Lead and Solution Architect to define best possible solution to answer business requirement and use case.
- Reporting back the approach and final solution to the stakeholder.
- Following Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Independent Negotiable Valuable Estimable Small Testable (INVEST) Approach to defining user story.
- Perform additional verification after the feature being developed and ready for test.
- Working with product specialist for product releases
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Proven experience as a Product manager or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Experience in managing/developing SaaS products
- Proven Analytical background
- Experienced working with senior decision makers
- Background in software development is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
- Experienced with CMS tools is a plus
Qualification Requirements:
- Graduation degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Min 2 years of experience as software developer
- MBA is a plus - At least 2 years working as product manager/business analyst for SaaS product
Experience: 4- 7 years
