The Product Manager will understand internal and external needs, prioritize features based on value, own the Product Roadmap, support Agile teams, monitor KPIs, and provide product knowledge to customers and stakeholders. They will also participate in product-related events and ensure successful execution of the product strategy.

Key responsibilities:
- Understand the internal and external needs and identify the capabilities/features which deliver value.
- Develop in-depth functional knowledge on the product/module(s) that you own and eventually the entire product.
- Prioritize features based on value delivery, return on investment and customer commitments.
- Own the execution of the Product Roadmap by working with the Product Owners and the development team.
- Own the creation of Release Notes, Product presentations and customer communications, ensuring that customers are aware of the features that are delivered, thereby improving feature adoption.
- Support the Agile team through various iterations and provide feedback on demos, participate in Sprints reviews etc.
- Work closely with Product leads and Product Marketing team in the creation of business case for new features and ideas – understanding the business context, sizing the opportunity, identifying the viability, and building a go-to-market strategy.
- Be data savvy by monitoring the KPIs, NSM to track the impact/outcome of the product and the ability to take data-based decisions.
- Provide the necessary support from Product Management while responding to customer RFPs.
- Be accountable for all aspects of the product module that you own and ensure it contributes towards the success of the overall product.
- Share product knowledge and ensure understanding of the business context.
- Participate in the preparation of various internal & external events (including PI related) and provide the content related to your product.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in software branches e.g. Computer Science, Information Science etc.).
- Preferably master’s degree in business (e.g. MBA)
- Relevant courses in Product Management, Product Marketing etc.
Relevant work experience:
- Experience in software development lifecyle and agile methodology
- Minimum 6+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience
- Work experience in Airline & Travel industry
