What You'll Bring:

This role owns and executes implementation of the platform roadmap, including gathering stakeholder requirements, as well as engaging Solutions leadership.

This position will help evolve fundamental capabilities to create a market-leading platform that will enable implementation of growth solutions. This position will:

• Review contract language and translate into SQL / requirements for billing data collection
• Create functional requirements based on customer analytics requests
• Attend weekly stand-up calls with global engineering resources
• Test billing releases and reporting/dashboard releases
• Document existing systems and internal processes
• Research operational issues
• Continuously monitor products for automation opportunities
• Manage the hand-off between product and development teams
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet business and functional requirements
• Assist with corporate/department projects such as data purge, vulnerability scan remediation

This role will focus on planning and execution of the roadmap.

Strategy

• Gather product intelligence product, create recommendations for improvement to improve competitive position in the market, validate and refine our platform roadmap.
• Partner closely with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines of Business in defining, agreeing and executing platform strategy

Planning

• Help to identify new functionality to meet market/customer needs
• Build platform development roadmaps in partnership with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines of Business stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives for analytics solutions

Execution

• Execute on the product development roadmap
• Together with the engineering team, manage the SAFe process for the products
• Collaborate closely with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines of Business stakeholders
• Design and develop mock-ups of new functionality and/or new recommendations
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders

Impact You'll Make:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an analytical field such as engineering, etc
• US telecom industry background is a plus
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Intellicus, etc)
• Experience with billing/accounting systems
• Experience with Jira change management systems and processes
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools such as manipulating complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to provide detailed analytical reports
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to write and QA new, complicated SQL scripts

We’d Love to See:

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks according to business needs and seeking to contribute significantly
• Ability to create automated or scheduled reporting so reports are distributed without manual intervention
• Ability to collaborate and work with peers globally to provide support, input, and assistance as needed to meet the requirement of the role
• Proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot for errors and inconsistencies and work to solve with minimal management involvement
• Ability to pay attention to detail and have a knack for producing accurate, error-free reports

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
