About the Role
1. Software Product Roadmap
Vizmo is a physical security systems integrator building technology for large factories in India. This role is the first dedicated Product Manager hire, working closely with leadership to shape product direction, expand offerings, and strengthen internal product knowledge.
1. Software Product Roadmap
- Own product backlog and prioritisation
- Write PRDs and user stories
- Drive delivery across:
- Surveillance
- Access control
- Visitor management
- Incident tracking modules
- Surveillance
- Evaluate and onboard new offerings:
- Cameras
- Access readers
- DVRs
- Intercom systems
- AMC and remote monitoring services
- Cameras
- Build internal training programs
- Create playbooks and product materials
- Enable teams across Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Delivery
- Visit factory sites
- Engage with security managers and IT teams
- Translate field insights into product requirements
- Support technical demos
- Build BOQs and solution proposals for enterprise factory accounts
- Experience with CCTV, access control, or building management systems
- Ability to independently write PRDs and user stories
- Comfortable conducting training and cross-functional presentations
- Comfortable with field visits and technical customer discussions
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
- Experience in security systems integration or industrial IoT
- Familiarity with:

- Exposure to B2B SaaS dashboards or monitoring tools
- Experience creating LMS content or internal knowledge bases
- Understanding of IT/OT or factory environments

- Comfortable speaking with customers and engineers
- Likes building structure from scratch
- Excited to be the first PM in an early-stage environment
- Enjoys simplifying and teaching complex concepts
