About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) – Partnerships Charter to build, scale, and optimize our partnership strategy. You will play a crucial role in enabling our partners, driving engagement, and enhancing our incentive structures to ensure sustained business growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, someone who can create structured frameworks for partner engagement, communication, and incentives. If you enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and product, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement:
- Lead partner enablement with sales trainings and product education
- Manage communication charter for all partners initiatives, define incentive models
- Design a community engagement calendar to foster relationships through events, content marketing, and social media
- Build market Intelligence: Deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences through competitive and market intelligence
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or B2B growth marketing.
- Proven track record of building and executing partner programs in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of partner enablement, rewards & incentive structures, and community engagement.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to create engaging content and effectively manage stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable working with dashboards, tracking performance, and making data-backed decisions.
