The role initially supports AGS knowledge-management products and AI-enabled capabilities.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business challenges, user needs, processes, expected outcomes, and product opportunities.

  • Lead defined discovery, onboarding, stakeholder-interview, workshop, and business-validation activities for new capabilities, business areas, and use cases.

  • Document business needs, user challenges, use cases, workflows, business rules, assumptions, expected outcomes, and measures of success.

  • Evaluate proposed use cases for business value, readiness, alignment, adoption considerations, and potential product fit.

  • Analyze discovery findings, user feedback, adoption indicators, product usage insights, and recurring issues to identify patterns, risks, barriers, and improvement opportunities.

  • Translate validated needs and analysis into clear recommendations, requirements, workflows, and supporting documentation for Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Intelligence Analysts, and engineering teams.

  • Coordinate with Product Coordinators and content owners to ensure required knowledge and supporting materials are collected, organized, governed, and ready for onboarding.

  • Support user testing and business validation to confirm delivered capabilities address intended needs, requirements, and outcomes.

  • Develop and support product demonstrations, stakeholder communications, onboarding materials, and adoption activities.

  • Communicate discovery status, decisions, dependencies, risks, unresolved questions, and recommended next steps to product and business stakeholders.

  • Contribute business insights to product planning, prioritization, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement while promoting consistent discovery, validation, onboarding, and governance practices.

  • Follow applicable responsible-AI, information-governance, data-privacy, security, and knowledge-management requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Two or more years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, product operations, consulting, process improvement, or a related role.

  • Experience engaging business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand needs, challenges, processes, and opportunities.

  • Experience facilitating discovery, requirements-gathering, validation, user-testing, or user-feedback activities.

  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear use cases, requirements, and recommendations.

  • Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Working knowledge of product-development practices and the software-development lifecycle.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed business, product, and technology teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, user research, process mapping, journey mapping, user acceptance testing, or product-adoption practices preferred.

  • Experience with AI-enabled products, knowledge-management solutions, workforce solutions, talent acquisition, managed services, or related business processes preferred.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI, information governance, data privacy, security, and knowledge-management principles preferred.
